All goods
are inspected by Paulich before they are shipped. Any faulty good should
be reported immediately upon receipt.
Shipping material received damaged must immediately be noted by delivery
carrier and all original packing material retained for any claim
eligibilities.
Any returned merchandise requires an authorization number and must be
made within 30 days of the purchase.
There will be a 15 percent restocking fee on most returned items.
Merchandise that is not a stock or featured catalog item will incur a 20
percent restocking fee. If the product has copy other than the Ridgid
logo, it cannot be returned.
Factory order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. Factory
set-ups will vary.
Paulich Specialty Company is not responsible for merchandise warranties.
Items in question should be sent back to the original manufacturers.
